We offer advice to tourist projects, in any of their stages: their reception as tourist projects to benefit from the inventives foreseen in the law, and their establishment and development in the country, with all that this implies. In this sense, we advise projects of purchase and structuring of acquisition or sale of real estate for tourist purposes in the country. In addition, we provide support for the good day-to-day performance of tourism projects, ranging from the negotiation and execution of contracts, to the management of permits and authorizations, and the design of capital raising tools or investments for projects of this nature.
