César Joel Linares leads the litigation and alternative dispute resolution team. His practice focuses on the resolution of civil cases, among others: civil liability for breach of contracts or for facts caused by third parties, recovery of credits, and protection of inheritance or matrimonial patrimony. In addition, it provides assistance in arbitration and judicial conflicts in the areas of labor, real estate and criminal (economic crimes). It also specializes in handling commercial conflicts between the State and individuals, whether through the application of Law No.340-06 on Public Procurement and Contracting, or in case of threat or violation of the fundamental rights of individuals by the State.

In the academic field, he has taught at the Faculty of Juridical and Political Sciences of the Catholic University of Santo Domingo, in the subjects of Constitutional Law, Introduction to Law and Labor Law. He stands out in his practice for his ability to handle complex litigation, and his ability to persuade in negotiations, to avoid or end litigation stagnated or in progress.
